Isfahan Municipality’s Deputy of Social and Cultural Affairs, which is located in a historical building related to the Qajar period, on the one hand had a large number of spaces for administrative affairs and was known as a suitable place for this use, but on the other hand It did not include all parts that an administrative complex must have, such as a place for congregational prayers. Therefore, Arvin Tadbar Architect’s consulting engineers were asked to design a completely separate building from the historic building and in the grounds of this complex. In this design, the main and important point was the necessity of the proximity of the building to the main building of the complex and the non-discrepancy between its form, materials and color.
