The design of the public parts and the main floors of the residential complex on Nazar Street has been formed according to the needs of the employer and their demands according to the age conditions and the need to facilitate moving for them. The other floors, which are designed for the children of the family, have their own design according to the opinions and tastes of each. In designing the facade of the complex, considering the necessity of presenting the design for the south and north sides of the building, which includes the exterior and courtyard facade, at the request of the employer, the exterior facade moves with vertical linear forms to show more solidity of the building and a combination of traditional elements. It is considered that the inner part of the yard with cubic forms and defined shapes seems to have more stability and stillness.
