The main idea for designing this project formed according to the request of the employer for creating a duplex unit in the floors and designing all the amenities. Due to the high area of the units and the increase in the number of required parking spaces, providing parking was one of the problems of the project. In addition to considering a suitable pool and lobby at the entrance to the apartment, the employer’s request was the economic efficiency of the project and the lowest amount of excavation possible. Therefore, the provision of the required parking lot and other demands of the employer should be done with creativity and combination of performance. In addition to this combination of public and private spaces, along with the proper functional layout of these spaces are the concerns of designers in addition to meeting the needs of the employer, creating a suitable environment in harmony with the original Iranian-Islamic architecture for the well-being of residents. The main design team was to create a space to increase the quality of life of the users of each unit.
