The design of the median of North Laleh Street, located in the northeast of Isfahan, is aimed at improving the aesthetic and visual beauty, as well as controlling the transverse movement of the street in the desired area. In other words, this separating path is embedded in the reciprocating paths, which can be green space, or separated only by flooring and height, and either tabulated or guarded. The mentioned median is located in the distance between Laleh Square and Ashegh Isfahani Square with an approximate length of 1.2 km but according to field studies, it lacks the necessary and acceptable quality for a urban space. Therefore, a new median was designed with approaches such as soft corner refining design in order not to harm passers-by, having a suitable flooring to prevent slipping and having a suitable and climate-friendly vegetation cover.
