The goals and demands of the project employer related to the security of the building, low-cost materials and the purposes that existed in the future operation of the building caused this project to be designed with a different perspective. Based on this, the design of the facade of the complex, using simple shapes, created a suitable combination of brick, stone and metal in scale and proportional volumes of rhythmic and living walls. The extension of greenery from the horizontal surfaces and the living space to the vertical surfaces and its combination with the terrace space were influential factors.
