Since in recent years the flow of information transfer from written content and documents is being directed to digital technologies, and on the other hand the flow of culture is dependent on the media and news powers, there are centers for transferring desirable content and preventing the occurrence of deviation in social, cultural, economic and other contexts is necessary. Therefore, according to the requirements of the day, it is necessary for cultural complexes and study halls to find the right direction. Isfahan Hassseh Library and Bookstore was planned and designed in this regard, considering the current conditions of the neighborhood and the lack of cultural and social services, it is necessary to pay attention to these issues in presenting the spaces of this complex which has been done by Arvin Tadabor Consulting Engineers.
