In designing cultural complexes, factors must be considered that attract people, especially teenagers and young people (the young strata of society); Because the influence and imitation of these people by age is greater, and it is the young people who shape the future of the country. Therefore, attention in design and the pattern used in it is doubly important. Therefore, in evaluating this complex, mentioned points was considered with the aim of observing the economic issues of the employer along with the necessary attractions for all strata and especially the young strata of Gavart neighborhood of Isfahan.
