82 zones with a total area of 105 hectares with the approach of providing the services required by the region and supporting the worn-out tissue, as well as considering the acquired rights of landowners and with the aim of urban design and development of neighborhoods and their centers. The approach of this project was based on considering new and dynamic textures and paying attention to property lines based on urban design. Also, in line with these studies, the feasibility of service uses in the region was investigated and its results were applied in the mentioned plan.
