It was necessary to determine district’s dead-ends body lines according to existing principles and given rights knowing the fact that were not determined in comprehensive planning review. So over 1200 of district’s dead-ends were drawn and fine-tuned and was ratified in “Roads and urban engineering article 5 commission” following the rules.
