Hamzeh residential building was designed in two areas, public and private. An important point in the creation of the space is the private living room, which in addition to the main living room was designed for each floor and separates the rooms from the public space. In addition, the kitchen is located in the main entrance in the center of the house so that it can be accessed from all parts of the house. The rooms on each floor were arranged in such a way that they benefited from both northern and southern lighting.
The facade of this building is not just a shell on the building and all the gaps are designed according to the shape and type of spaces behind it. Due to the climate of Isfahan, the brick facade of this building, combined with the wood and greenery that has formed from the full and empty formation in the facade, has given a pleasant feeling to the city.
