The cemetery space is a place that inevitably brings shared experiences for survivors. In general, a person who enters this space either aims to visit one of the buried celebrities or to bury and visit the graves of relatives and acquaintances.
In Bagh-e Rezvan cemetery, more than 30 years after the burial of most of the dead in Isfahan, the first case, namely the pilgrimage to the graves of celebrities, is expanding, but still most of the people visiting this complex are from the second category, mainly with common attitude or feeling that needs relief and healing. Meanwhile, the existence of some common customs among the people and citizens, including the reception of the participants in ceremonies such as funerals and burials, etc., increases the need to provide welfare services for bereaved and afflicted families.
In this regard, the design of Ferdows Bagh-e-Rezvan Reception Service Complex is on the agenda of Isfahan City Cemeteries Organization and was entrusted to Arvin Tadbar Architecture Consulting Engineers. With an area of 16,000 square meters, including a lively and green space ,this complex in addition to giving a special identity to the place and holding ceremonies and provide other services to citizens, can also create memorable aspects for people.
