Zahed residential complex is located in Ayatollah Zahed street with 1050 m² of substructure. Due to its convenient location, view and landscape, the facade acts as an identifying element of the complex with a suitable combination of materials such as stone, brick and wood and all along with the greenery from the horizontal to the vertical surfaces. This project was handed over to the design team at a stage where the main structure was designed and executed, so the floor plan and the facade were designed according to the existing framework, . The existing structure of the building, which has violated urban rules and principles, imposed limitations on the plan.
