One of the main project goals was to preserve the privacy of the units in the neighborhood and to make every effort to minimize the movement and common spaces according to the client’s wishes. During the design for an area of 17,000 square meters, different parts including pool, meeting hall, playroom and a place to hold mass ceremonies in the complex were considered as well as promoting the spirit of togetherness and effective social communication. In addition, plans has been developed in three types of 5, 6 and 7 units on each floor to allow people from different walks of life to shop.
