Due to the fact that the Shahid Keshvari complex in Isfahan is one of the newly established sections of the city and has newly built passages and buildings, it is necessary to provide desirable programs to provide services to the citizens. Therefore, in this project, during the meetings that have been held with the employer, the services that are provided by the cultural, social and sports organization of the municipality of Isfahan had been considered. These issues include uses such as the cultural center, library and reading room, sports complex, cinema and theater hall, children’s house, etc.
The land use determination plan of Shahid Keshvari town was completed based on three basic axes. The first is the cultural and social studies of the project site, which is based on the 1396 statistics of Isfahan Municipality and the socio-cultural identity of the districts prepared by the Isfahan Municipality itself. The second is a survey of the main stakeholders of the project, the citizens themselves. And finally, SWOT tables of the collection, which have been prepared by experts based on the identification of functional components (user and access systems), aesthetic (physical, administrative and visual system) and environmental considerations.
In the end, according to the results of field studies, sports and cultural uses, the maximum needs of the range have been identified. On the other hand, the lack of space for citizens’ social interactions in this town is clearly visible, which led to the final use of the area in combination with a plaza. The main part of this land, which has an area of 4600 square meters, has been proposed to the urban space (Plaza) and about 30% of the area for the construction of social and cultural land use in the form of a multi-storey complex.
