Today, the service and welfare complexes that are created on the roads have gone beyond providing only the basic service spaces and have accommodated various aspects of the amenities. Kimia complex, located on the Tehran-Isfahan road, with an area of approximately 2 hectares, has been studied and gone through the design process by Arvin Tadbar Consulting Engineers . In addition to the basic services required, the complex includes spaces such as guesthouses and residential suites with different capacities, ceremonial and reception halls, temporary accommodation pavilions, restaurants and coffee shops, and a playground.
