Isfahan Social Cultural Observatory has been established as a place to monitor issues and problems in the field of cultural and social issues in Isfahan province. After establishment of the complex, which needed to be placed in a fixed location to achieve its goals, entrusted the preparation of preliminary studies and the document of physical and architectural requirements of this organization to Arvin Tadabor Consulting Engineers. Following the appointment of one of the work offices on the second floor of the Great Mossalla Mosque of Isfahan as the location, this complex needed to prepare a physical plan and final requirements for implementation, in which the cooperation with this management has been done and the initial plan has been presented.
