The formation of the structure and skeleton of the design of this complex before referring to the consultant to design the facade, and the existence of discrepancies with urban rules, as well as the non-standard implementation of the roof edges of the facade design of this complex impose some problems. The goal of the employer of Golzar Residential Complex was to implement a special and different view while having these restrictions for its residential complex. So Arvin Tadabor Designer and supervising engineers prepared a plan for this complex following urban engineering principles as well as correcting the ceiling edges.
