The grade-2 boundary of Takht-e-Foolad complex, with an area of 92 hectares, includes cultural, administrative, service, sports, recreational, green and religious spaces in addition to historical cemeteries. Since this complex is the second Shiite cemetery in the world and has accommodated many artists and scientists, and considering the unique historical and artistic attractions of historical buildings and monuments, it needs to be organized and improved in order to be introduced to tourists and provide appropriate services and sustainable income was considered for urban management. Creating tourism axes and addressing all the infrastructures of tourism development in body, landscape, use, services, etc. are different parts of this plan.
