The use of materials as well as their colors in fast foods is very important. Materials such as wood, brick, concrete, etc. are very common in modern fast food design today. Also, the use of appetizing colors such as red, orange is very common in fast foods.
The interior of the Barmani Fast Food in Apadana Street was designed in a classic and minimalist style at the request of the employer. Due to the lack of fast food space and the location of the coffee and dessert serving section on the reception hall floor, the kitchen and cooking area was built underground. The kitchen access staircase is located at the end of the hall, and since it should be as far away from customers as possible, a coffee table and dessert table were installed as an element to erase the stairs from the customers’ view. Also, the design of the VIP table was done at the request of the employer, in addition to the simplicity and estimation of the needs of the employer, to add to the attractiveness of the space.
